Getting Started & Login
To use the platform, you must be invited. Once invited, you will use your email address and password to log in.
When you log in, you will be asked to complete Multi-Factor Authentication. This verifies your identity. You can log out at any time by using the Sign out function in the top right.
Users and Passwords
Each organisation has an administrator, administrators can manage the setup and users of their organisation. Administrators invite other users, during the invitation the new user may set a password, administrators can never see a password they can however send reset links should a user forgot their password.
Users can also reset their own password by selecting the “Forgot password” link on the Login page. This will trigger an email with a password reset link. This email should be actioned immediately as the link will expire after a short period. The link can also only be used once.
Passwords
When setting a password the user will be warned if the complexity requirements have not been met. The password complexity requirements follow industry standards and may change from time to time.
Navigation
The platform is divided into apps, and each app has features. You can switch apps at any time by using the module switcher. Note that some apps use locations to provide context, and switching locations can change the functionality or information displayed.
